INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY
AMR Utara Sdn Bhd is an accounting firm was established in February 2022 by Mrs Norjannah Binti Zainon. Before the existence of AMR Utara Sdn Bhd, Mrs Norjannah, who is the director of the company, founded an accounting firm named Norjannah & Co. In order to expand her business, Mrs Norjannah joined AMR Business Consultant Sdn Bhd as a partner and established AMR Utara Sdn Bhd at Lot 2.3, Bazar MARA Kerpan, 06150 Ayer Hitam, Kedah. AMR Business Consultant Sdn Bhd has six branches in Malaysia, including Ayer Hitam, Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Cheras, Kuantan, and Skudai. AMR main business is providing Accounting Services, Auditing Services, Company Secretary, SST Professional Assistance, Human Resource Management and Services along with Taxation Advice.
AMR is defined as A which is accountability, M for meaningful, and R which is reliable. Each of those words also carries a specific meaning such as Accountability which is to perform all engagement with integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Besides that, Meaningful means being a meaningful and highly effective organization to our clients and team members, and lastly, Reliable which is a reliable place to work where people are inspired to be the best.

Assisting clients in registering with the appropriate government agencies, including the Inland Revenue Board (IRB), Malaysia's Finance Ministry, Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), and Social Security Organization (SOCSO).
